Building Powerful Learners

I came across this audio by Guy Claxton on Building Powerful Learners.
He talks about building reflective practice, developing emotional habits of mind, strengthening cognitive flexibility and encouraging social- collaborative action.
It is really worth a listen if you are passionate about teaching and learning in the 21st century and provides food for thought with regard to ones own teaching practice.
